Keynote: Welcome to Harlow Homebase
What does it truly take to build a sustainable, profitable business as a solopreneur? This opening keynote digs into that question head-on, challenging the outdated narratives holding freelancers back and reframing what modern business ownership can look like, leaving you energized and ready to think bigger.
Harlow
How to Build a Profit-Driving POV (& Why Playing It Safe Is Costing You Clients)”
Safe content feels comfortable, but it’s quietly costing you clients. In this session you’ll learn why having an iron-clad point of view is the real differentiator between forgettable and unforgettable businesses.
The Fix Collective
Package Your Work, Price Your Value
This session walks through how (and why) to package your services into offers that are easier to sell and deliver, and that are no longer tied to the time an activity takes. You’ll leave with a clear picture of what productized pricing looks like for a solo service business and a starting point for making the shift in your own.
Fruition Initiatives
Build Your SoloHQ: The Financial Infrastructure Every Six-Figure Solo Needs
This session will walk through the complete financial foundation – S Corp structure, tax optimization, payroll, and group healthcare – showing how each piece connects.
You’ll leave with a clear picture of what the optimal structure looks like and exactly how to get there from wherever you’re starting now.
Lettuce
From Freelancer to Founder
Many freelancers stay stuck in “helper mode” — over-delivering, under-charging, and waiting for permission instead of leading. This session introduces the Gravitas Growth Loop, a framework designed to help founders shift their identity from service provider to confident, strategic leader. Through practical tools and mindset shifts, you’ll learn how to show up with authority, claim your presence, and move from reacting to opportunities to proactively driving your business growth.

The Freelancer’s Legal Checklist: 5 Common Mistakes That Cost You Clients (And How to Fix Them)
Legal overwhelm often leads to “analysis paralysis.” This session cuts through the noise by identifying the five most common legal pitfalls that jeopardize client relationships or result in lost revenue. Attendees will walk away with a clear, prioritized action plan to tighten up their operations and protect their professional reputation.

A real space to connect with speakers directly, go deeper on session topics, and build relationships with freelancers, founders, and creators who are serious about growth.
Here’s how to make the most of it:
- DM a speaker after their session with a follow-up question
- Share what you’re working on and get real feedback
- Find collaborators, referral partners, or your next client
The workspace opens a few days before the event and stays active for seven days after, giving you a full week to follow up, connect, and put everything into motion.
Harlow helps you build a business that truly supports you. No matter where you are in your journey, we have the tools, resources, and community to help you reach the next level. We believe your well-being matters just as much as the revenue in the bank. Growth and sustainability aren’t at odds here; they work together.
We support freelancers, founders, and creators through one-on-one coaching, a Freelance Kickstarter Course, a daily-updated job board, a business management tool, a resource center full of guidance from fellow freelancers and small business owners, and events throughout the year.
